Hiring a Independent Contract Recruiter to work remotely from their home office. This is a fast paced industry and must be able to multi-task and type 40 wpm. Must have excellent phone skills. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting truck drivers for multiple trucking companies around the nation. The recruiter will also process applications and other miscellaneous clerical assignments. Looking for a long term employee!

This position is similar to any commission sales position. You earn commission per truck driver that is hired.

Independent Contractors (1099) are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to advertising, home office supplies, equipment, and utilities.

Compensation:
Commission Only - Up to $100,000 annual for top producers 

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls from truck drivers interested in a truck driving job

• Taking applications from truck drivers over the phone

• Data entry of applications into databases

• Making outbound calls to truck drivers

• Advertising job openings on multiple career websites

• Email, Fax, Phone, Text communications with truck drivers

• Miscellaneous clerical responsibilities

 

Requirements:

• Must have a complete home office set up (computer, two monitors, phone, email, printer, internet, microsoft office excel and word)

• Home Office will need to be approved by management 

• Must type 40 wpm

• Microsoft Office Programs Basic Knowledge

• Must know how to use Email, Fax, Phone, and Text to communicate

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent phone skills

• Very Organized

• Good Work History

• High School Diploma or GED

• Some College Preferred or Experience in Recruiting, Sales, HR, or Transportation
